Products sold through the website tikisports.in.th We are happy to accept exchange or return products within 7 days from the date the user receives the product until the date of return of the product that needs to be exchanged or returned to the company. (The company considers the postmark date as important)

The user can exchange the product in the following cases.

  • The product is wrong color and/or wrong size.
  • The product does not match the order
  • The product is not as advertised on the website.
  • Parts of the product are not complete in the amount specified on the website.

**In the case of product exchange The company reserves the right to replace the product on the original product. With the cause caused by errors due to production, storage and transportation of the company only.

**After the company approves the replacement of the product as requested by the user to the Customer Service, the product must be in accordance with the conditions set by the company.

Product replacement procedure

If the product list that the user wants to change is under the conditions in the above table Please perform the replacement by following the steps below.

  1. Please send an email requesting a replacement to our Customer Service staff at 094-4959140 (Palm) or wararat@star-board.com with the following information:
    • The real name and surname of the service user
    • A phone number that can be contacted
    • Order number and receipt number
    • Rationale
    • Videos/ Photos/ any necessary information
  2. The Customer Service team will contact the service user as soon as possible. (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
  3. After the user receives an e-mail informing the results of the preliminary consideration, send the desired product back to the company. The user please bring the product that needs to be replaced. receipt and various documents that the company has sent along with the product Completely packed in the original envelope or parcel box. Send it back to the company at the address below within 5 days from the date of receiving the e-mail informing the result of the above consideration. (at this stage Users can take pictures to keep as evidence of changing or returning your product.)

Terms of delivery in case of product exchange (Second Time Delivery)

After the user’s product replacement request has been approved The company will deliver the products within the following times.

  • Bangkok Metropolitan Region (Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan and Samut Sakhon) You will receive the product within 3-5 business days.
  • Upcountry throughout Thailand You will receive the product within 5-7 business days.
